Good location, mainly buy coffee from there with very good price
Woolworths metro is convenient and has a great range. The staff member ‘Kier’ there is absolutely amazing. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to help. Couldn’t rate his customer service more highly and he should be promoted if he’s not already. Staff like that are worth their weight in gold.
Good store with just enough of what you need - most of the time, anyway. Specials weren't as amazing today, but that's just a timing thing. Some of the staff here are great, but there are others who could certainly work on their customer service and interpersonal skills.
Oh I had lovely young girl serve me ! She was bubbly, smiling it wonderful to see especially these days . Had lovely chat she was helpful & she also made my coffee and it was perfect. Keep shining Alex your amazing!!! Thank you Alex
A very handy store for East End residents, however the variety of produce severely lacks. The fresh meat section seems to always be half empty with very little choice & variety in cuts. The Bakery never has Knot Rolls or any single bread rolls, fresh & cooked meat prices are never significantly reduced near closing or even available, & the freezer section & prepared meals next to it never seem to change, along with the fresh refrigerated section. Do we even need a Sushi Bar?? I don't think this supermarket is relatively inline with customer's needs. I don't mean to appear overly critical, but think this store could better serve the community & be more lucrative in sales with some layout, design & produce changes. Here are some ideas; • Ditch The Sushi Bar • Move The Crisps Section to The Buscuit Aisle where they belong • Replace The Sushi Bar & crisps with a fresh Deli counter selling a variety of cold Meats, cheese, Antipasto, Fish & Seafood, & Meat Pastries. • Expand on Bakery variety with more rolls varieties, singles & pastries • Offer Roast Pork & Beef as well as Chicken • Diversify the fresh, ready made, chilled section because it's such a waste of space & who actually buys anything? What about some Indian Fare such as Pakoras, Samosas & Onion Bajees? • Decrease The Asian products aisle • Increase Yogurt varieties, fresh cakes & deserts • What's the deal with that far left freezer? It's confusing & never stocked properly or labelled • Give us more frozen food variety instead of just vege, Japanese & TV meals. • Give us more Icecream variety & frozen deserts • More fresh, prepared Seafood to go • Stay more current with product lines from larger supermarkets, offering customers more choice. • Be clearer with signage on where reduced items are in store as it's confusing. Currently there seems to be 3 different allocated sites! • Put the milk at the front of the store near the checkout for convenience to shoppers! Lastly, try & keep the milk fridge stocked up with fair use by dates. I have been a loyal customer here since it's opening & have always found the majority of it's staff to be extremely friendly, engaging & helpful. I hope this review generates positive feedback & areas for improvement.
